This turbo is rated for up to 900 horsepower and includes a dual ceramic ball bearing system for improved response and durability.

The Pulsar 6255G turbocharger, also known as the G30-900, is engineered for high-output performance, capable of supporting up to 900 horsepower. It utilizes a dual ceramic ball bearing system, which significantly enhances turbo response and durability by minimizing shaft movement. The compressor side features a 9-blade PTG-Aero billet compressor wheel with extended tapered tip technology, while the turbine side is equipped with a 9-blade PTG-Aero Inconel 713c wheel, designed for high-temperature resistance and performance. This turbo boasts a ported-shroud compressor inlet for anti-surge protection and an integrated speed sensor port on the cover. It offers flexible mounting options with a T3 or T4 turbine inlet and a 3-inch V-band turbine outlet. The compressor measures 62*76mm with a 4-inch inlet and a 2-inch outlet. For lubrication, it includes M14 x 1.5 water ports, a 7/16-24 UNF oil inlet with a pre-installed -4AN restrictor, and a standard T3 oil drain flange. The unit comes complete with inlet and outlet flanges and clamps. Optional internal wastegate (IWG) configurations are available, featuring a billet actuator with a working pressure of 12 psi. The product offers various compressor and turbine housing options to tailor performance characteristics, including different A/R ratios and V-band configurations.
