The Pulsar 6270G (G40-900) Turbocharger is engineered for enthusiasts seeking extreme horsepower and cutting-edge performance, capable of delivering up to 900 HP. This turbocharger is ideal for professional racing and high-output street builds where substantial power is the primary goal. It features a 62mm inducer, 10-blade G-Aero billet compressor wheel with extended tapered tip technology, and a 9-blade G-Aero Inconel 713c turbine wheel, ensuring efficient and robust power delivery. At its core, the 6270G utilizes a dual ceramic ball bearing system with a steel cage, providing optimal turbo response and enhanced durability by minimizing shaft motion. This advanced bearing system contributes to reduced friction and consistent performance under the most demanding conditions. The design also incorporates an anti-surge, ported-shroud compressor inlet with integrated speed and pressure ports, along with included water fittings. This turbocharger is suitable for engine sizes ranging from 2.0L to 6.0L. It offers flexibility with three turbine housing options: T4 Divided Inlet/V-Band Outlet (.95 A/R), T4 Divided Inlet/V-Band Outlet (1.06 A/R), and the T51R Compressor Mod. The technical specifications include a compressor wheel size of 62.7*88mm, turbine wheel size of 77*70mm, a 4″ compressor inlet, and a 2.5″ compressor outlet. Turbine inlet options are V-band or T4 divided, with a 3.5” or 4″ V-band turbine outlet. The unit features -6AN water ports, requires a flange for oil feed (recommended -4AN Std T4 Flange), and has a -12AN oil drain with an O-ring sealed flange kit included.
