Description

The Brothers Trucks HELF4HD front anti-sway bar is a heavy-duty 1-1/4 inch sway bar designed for 1963-1972 Chevrolet and GMC C10 2WD coil spring trucks. This component helps to significantly reduce body roll and improve both steering and handling for classic vehicles. It comes as a complete kit, including frame mounting brackets for either lowered or stock height applications, urethane bushings, and all necessary hardware and installation instructions.
