Description

The United Engine & Machine Co IC788.040 is a set of forged pistons designed for Big Block Chevy engines. These pistons feature a hollow dome top with a -20cc volume and a bore size of 4.290 inches. They are compatible with a 6.135-inch rod length for the 489 BBC application or a 6.385-inch rod length for the 427 BBC application.

Constructed from 2618 forged aluminum, these pistons offer high strength and durability for performance applications. The advertised piston weight is 627 grams, with a 141-gram wrist pin included.
