These tie rod ends offer 64 degrees of misalignment, exceeding OEM specifications, and include features to mitigate wear and protect against dust and dirt. They are engineered with shanks that have a tensile strength of 176ksi (class 12.9) to withstand high loads.

Offering 64 degrees of misalignment, they provide greater range than standard OEM tie rod ends, which typically offer around 60 degrees. The shanks are constructed with a high tensile strength of 176ksi (class 12.9) to resist bending under strenuous loads. Bump steer, an undesirable change in wheel toe angle caused by suspension compression, can make a vehicle unpredictable and lead to uneven tire wear. These GKTECH tie rod ends allow for up to 15mm of bump steer correction through the use of 5mm shims, enhancing handling stability, especially on uneven surfaces. The design also ensures they can be used with OEM wheels. Fitment is confirmed for the Scion FR-S (ZN6), Subaru BRZ (ZC6), and Toyota GR86 (ZN8) / GT86 (ZN6). However, these tie rod ends are explicitly stated as NOT fitting the ZD8 BRZ due to its taller alloy knuckles, which requires a different specific tie rod end part. The product comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on the suspension arms, and the Teflon-lined rose joints have a 1-year replacement warranty. Spare parts are readily available.
