64cc Bare Cylinder Head

The Trick Flow® DHC™ 200 Cylinder Heads are designed to significantly ramp up power production for Small Block Chevrolet engines, while maintaining a classic aesthetic. These bare cylinder heads feature a full CNC-ported treatment, including 64cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers and CNC Street Ported runners, designed to promote substantial increases in high-RPM horsepower and torque. The heads are cast from A356-T61 aluminum for a lightweight yet durable construction. Key specifications include a 64cc combustion chamber volume, 200cc intake runner volume, and 74cc exhaust runner volume. They are equipped with 2.055 in. intake valves and 1.600 in. exhaust valves, with standard intake and exhaust port locations. The heart-shaped combustion chambers and rectangular intake ports are CNC-machined for optimal flow. This bare head configuration does not include accessory bolt holes, preserving a vintage look. Durability is enhanced through the use of bronze alloy valve guides and ductile iron 3-angle valve seats. The design also incorporates proprietary valve profiles and multi-angle valve seat machining to maximize flow at low lift. Extra-thick decks and walls increase casting strength for demanding applications. The heads feature straight spark plug holes and a perimeter bolt valve cover mounting style, contributing to their OE double hump head styling cues. It is important to note that this product is sold individually and does not include intake valves, exhaust valves, valve springs, damper springs, retainers, locks, valve stem seals, rocker arm studs, rocker arms, rocker arm nuts, or guideplates, which must be purchased separately. These cylinder heads are intended for use with a minimum bore diameter of 4.000 in. Additionally, some parts may not be legal for use in California or other states with similar laws and regulations.
