Overview

The Precision Turbo blow-off valve is a 64mm high-performance unit designed to release excess back pressure created when the throttle closes. It features a lightweight 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum construction with a satin black anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance.

Equipped with a Kevlar-reinforced silicon rolling diaphragm and a hard-coat anodized valve stem, this valve provides responsive operation and long-term reliability. Each unit includes a weld-on aluminum mounting flange, an adjustable spring, and two top ports for versatile boost control integration.

The Precision Turbo 64mm blow-off valve functions as a critical component in forced induction systems by preventing harmful compressor surge. By releasing back-pressure during throttle closure, the unit protects the turbocharger and engine from unnecessary mechanical wear. Its design utilizes a CFD-engineered valve and valve body to ensure maximum airflow even at low lift levels, while an integrated O-ring seal minimizes leakage. Constructed from high-grade 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum, the valve is finished in a satin black anodize for protection against the elements. It incorporates a proprietary wave spring to reduce overall weight while maintaining valve closure during high-vacuum idling, as well as a Kevlar-reinforced silicon rolling diaphragm for rapid, reliable actuation. Installation includes a weld-on aluminum mounting flange, an adjustable spring assembly, and dual top ports to accommodate a variety of manual and electronic boost controller configurations. The product is backed by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty against manufacturer defects.
