Description

The Ryans Diesel Service RDS 64mm Duramax Turbocharger (DM-04510-64N) is a brand new, stock-appearing drop-in replacement designed for 2004.5-2010 LLY, LBZ, and LMM Duramax Diesel engines. This turbo is an excellent choice for trucks with minimal existing upgrades. Key features include a 64mm 6-blade proprietary compressor wheel paired with a 66mm 9 or 10-blade high-flow turbine. It comes equipped with high-flow vanes, a vane position sensor, and a vane solenoid. The unit is constructed with updated Heavy Duty bearings and a 360 thrust bearing for enhanced durability and performance. This turbo is capable of supporting up to 650 horsepower with appropriate fueling modifications. Installation is straightforward as it's a 100% drop-in turbocharger. The turbo comes with all necessary gaskets for installation, including up-pipe gaskets (manifold and exhaust housing), drain gaskets, feed banjo, and coolant banjo fittings. Ryans Diesel Service offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Note that removing the compressor housing will void the warranty.
