64mm Turbocharger

The Ryan's Diesel Service DM-0104-64 is a brand new, drop-in replacement turbocharger engineered for the 2001-2004 GM 6.6L LB7 Duramax engine. This unit features a 64mm proprietary compressor wheel and a 64mm, 10-blade high-flow turbine, offering enhanced performance over stock. A key upgrade is the RDS exclusive high-flow exhaust housing, which boasts an increased A/R. This design is intended to improve exhaust flow, thereby lowering EGTs and supporting up to 650 horsepower with appropriate modifications. An adjustable wastegate is also included for further tuning capabilities. This turbocharger is designed for 01-04 Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra 2500HD, and 3500 models equipped with the LB7 Duramax engine. It requires the use of a Federal downpipe for proper fitment. Please note that this item cannot be shipped to California or Colorado, and is intended only for Federal Emissions vehicles. The turbocharger comes with a 2-year warranty, contingent upon registration within 30 days of receipt.
