64mm Turbocharger

The Ryan's Diesel Service DM-1116-64N is a 64mm turbocharger engineered as a stock-appearing, direct-fit replacement for 2011-2016 GM 6.6L LML Duramax Silverado and Sierra trucks. Key features include a 64mm 6-blade proprietary compressor wheel and a 66mm 9 or 10-blade high-flow turbine. It is a 100% drop-in turbo, retaining the factory exhaust brake functionality. The turbo also incorporates high-flow vanes, a vane position sensor, a vane solenoid, updated heavy-duty bearings, and a 360-degree thrust bearing for increased reliability and longevity. It is rated to be capable of 650 horsepower with appropriate fueling modifications. This turbocharger comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects, provided it is registered within 30 days of receipt. The turbo install kit, available as an option, includes all necessary gaskets for installation, such as up-pipe gaskets (manifold and exhaust housing), drain gaskets, oil feed banjo, and coolant banjos. It is important to note that any removal of the compressor housing will void the warranty. Additionally, this item cannot be shipped to California.
