This kit provides a .650" lift spring with 160 LB seat pressure at 1.875" install height and 395 LB open pressure at 1.225". It includes conical valve springs, locators, and valve seals, utilizing OEM style locks and retainers. The kit also features tip savers to help extend valve life.

The Brian Tooley Racing SK017-TS is a valve spring kit engineered for 2009 and newer 5.7L Gen III Hemi 'Eagle' engines. This kit leverages BTR's proven SP014 conical spring, known for its durability in performance applications, now adapted for Mopar VVT heads. This kit is designed to support camshaft upgrades and offers a .650" maximum valve lift. The springs provide 160 LB of seat pressure at a 1.875" install height and 395 LB of open pressure at 1.225" valve lift. The coil bind height is 1.165". The kit includes BTR conical valve springs (qty 16), a BTR locator kit, a BTR 2009+ Gen III Hemi valve seal kit, and a BTR lash cap/tip saver kit to help preserve valve tips that may have experienced wear. Note: BTR advises against using single wire conical or beehive springs with roller rockers due to potential valvetrain instability caused by added mass. Additionally, using a higher ratio rocker may lead to coil bind. For specific valvetrain combinations involving roller rockers, it is recommended to contact BTR's sales team for clarification. The kit reuses OEM style locks and retainers.
