Description

The Doug's Headers D627 are metallic ceramic coated long tube headers designed for Ford and Mercury vehicles with FE Big Block V8 engines from 1966-1970. These headers feature 2" primary tubing and 3 1/2" collector port diameter, made from 16 gauge steel with 3/8" thick machined flanges. The metallic ceramic coating acts as a thermal barrier, reducing under-hood temperatures and enhancing corrosion resistance while providing a high luster aluminum appearance. They are designed for specific applications, often requiring modifications or specific vehicle configurations.
