.660" Lift Dual Platinum Spring Kit

The BTR .660" Lift Dual Platinum Spring Kit (SK001) is a premier valvetrain upgrade for LS engines, utilizing stock rocker arms. This kit is designed to accommodate a wide range of camshaft upgrades, ensuring optimal valve control for builds from mild daily drivers to extreme 1000 hp turbocharged engines. The kit includes 16 SP001-1 dual polished springs, 32 VL7°8MM-1 locks, 16 titanium or chromoly steel retainers, 16 locators for stock or bronze guides, and 16 VS LS valve seals. Spring specifications include 155 lbs of seat pressure at 1.780", 380 lbs at 1.180", and 400 lbs at 1.130", with coil bind occurring at 1.070". This kit is a direct fit for all 15-degree LS heads such as LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS6, L76, L92, L99, LQ4, LQ9, L33, and LSA. It can also be fitted to LS7 heads with the addition of approximately .045" of spring shim using part numbers SS015 and SS030. However, this kit will not fit LS9 engines; for those applications, part # SK006 is required.
