Constructed from durable stainless steel, these headers boast 1.75-inch diameter mandrel-bent primary tubes and oversized exhaust ports, coupled with extra-thick 3/8-inch one-piece flanges for a robust seal. It is crucial to note that these JBA long tube headers are explicitly designated for closed course competition use only. They are not street legal in California or any other state with similar emissions regulations. The product is legal for use on pre-emissions controlled vehicles, which include 1965 and older US manufactured California Certified Vehicles, 1967 and older US manufactured Federally Certified Vehicles, and 1967 and older Foreign Manufactured Vehicles. They are also legal for registered vehicles in 49 states if they do not require a California EO, meeting EPA tampering policy. However, their use on emissions-controlled vehicles for street or off-highway use is prohibited unless they have specific CARB exemptions.
