The Plazmaman TBODY 66 is a high-performance, universal throttle body engineered to replace stock units in high-horsepower vehicles. It is CNC machined from robust 6061 T65 aerospace billet aluminum, ensuring durability and optimal performance. This throttle body features a 66mm ID throttle butterfly, constructed with a thick 2mm NOS-compatible material for a consistent and positive seal. The split shaft is made from corrosion-resistant material, and the unit includes an O-ring flange seal for reliable operation. The progressive throttle linkage can be configured for either clockwise or counter-clockwise operation, and it accepts a 70mm (2.75″) hose or a Plazmaclamp. Plazmaman offers customization options to suit various applications, including the ability to adapt your existing Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) or purchase an aftermarket unit. Weld-on flanges are also available for custom installations, along with TPS adapters for a wide range of engines. This versatility ensures compatibility with diverse engine builds, making it a popular choice for serious performance enthusiasts.
