The Currie CR-GF530TEBB "On-Road Crate Smart Axle" is a complete, ready-to-bolt-in Currie® 9-inch rear end for 1962-1967 Chevy II / Nova vehicles with mono-leaf rear suspension. It features a Currie Centurion High-Strength 9-Inch Notchback Housing with Flush Drain Plug, factory width of 57 7/8" Wheel to Wheel, and suspension brackets installed in factory locations. It includes a Currie Sportsman Nodular Iron Gear Case with Daytona Big Bearing Pinion Support, a 1350 Nodular Iron Pinion Yoke (Big Cap), and Currie 31-Spline Axles with Tapered Bearings. The axle also has a stock 5 on 4 3/4 in. Wheel Bolt Pattern with 7/16 in. Studs and a TwinTrac Helical-Gear Style Posi Differential (choice of gear ratio). For braking, it's equipped with 11" Wilwood 4 Piston, Black Calipers. The entire assembly is professionally setup, shipped fully-assembled, and finished with a Satin Black Powdercoat. This axle is suitable for performance driving or drag racing.
