Hedman's ELITE Hedders are designed for extreme duty, featuring thicker flanges, stronger wall tubing, and a thermal coating that can withstand full-throttle use and heavy towing. The heavy-duty construction protects against burnout and exhaust leaks. They are made from mild steel with smooth-flowing, CNC mandrel bent tubes that are hand-welded. The unique gasketless ball and socket collector design allows for proper exhaust system bolt-up even if not perfectly aligned. The ELITE models have a matte-silver ceramic finish that can withstand temperatures up to 1400 degrees F, keeping more heat in the tubes for faster exhaust speeds and reduced underhood temperatures. This improves exhaust scavenging, horsepower, and torque. Each set includes gaskets, header flange bolts, and collector bolts.
