This stock-appearing turbocharger allows for safe boost levels of 40-45 PSI while providing the spool-up and throttle response of a smaller turbo with significant top-end power.

The Fleece Performance 68mm Billet Duramax VNT Cheetah Turbocharger is engineered as a drop-in replacement for 2004.5-2010 Duramax diesel engines, specifically for LLY, LBZ, and LMM models. This turbocharger utilizes stock housings with updated internals, maintaining a stock appearance while delivering enhanced performance. It features a Fleece Performance-engineered 68mm billet compressor wheel and a high-flow Cheetah turbine wheel, designed to improve spool-up and throttle response. Built with genuine Garrett Turbocharger parts, this unit includes upgraded shaft bearings and 360-degree thrust bearings, setting it apart from other aftermarket VNT turbos. The Variable Nozzle Technology (VNT) allows the turbo to behave like a smaller unit during spool-up and then open to provide greater flow at higher RPMs. This combination enables the turbo to safely handle 40-45 PSI of boost and is rated to support up to 825 RWHP, making it an ultimate high-performance upgrade for modified Duramax engines targeting 650+ horsepower. Installation of this turbocharger requires aftermarket tuning and an aftermarket high-flow exhaust system. For applications with stock connecting rods and less than 100hp injectors, Fleece Performance recommends their 63mm Billet VNT Cheetah turbocharger.
