68mm Bored Throttle Body

This unit starts as a brand-new OEM throttle body, which is then disassembled, bored from 64mm to 68mm, fitted with a new machined throttle plate, and reassembled. The larger bore allows for improved air intake, leading to better throttle responsiveness and a noticeable increase in power. This bored throttle body is designed to deliver tangible performance gains, with manufacturer claims of 4-7 horsepower and 6-8 lbs of torque. Installation is straightforward, requiring only the removal of four bolts holding the stock throttle body and the disconnection of the electrical plug. No PCM tune or break-in period is necessary. A simple throttle relearn procedure is recommended after installation to ensure optimal performance.
