68RFE 700 STEEL PRO INPUT CLUTCH DRUM

This billet steel input clutch drum is an upgrade over the factory and 6061-aluminum drums, addressing the issue of steel clutch plates digging into the drum. Its hardened steel construction is more durable than the clutch plates, preventing failure. It also eliminates the problem of the reverse snap ring blowing out the lugs. This drum has undergone extensive testing for over 50,000 miles with no additional bushing wear observed. It is a drop-in design, requiring no machining. It is also available in 700, 850, and 12xR versions, as well as an oversized version compatible with the Sonnax Smartech drum without an adapter ring.
