RevMax is a leader in high-performance diesel transmission valve bodies. They use state-of-the-art Haas CNC milling machines for precision, eliminating human error common with hand reaming. Each valve body is machined to within .0005” of the original centerline of the bore. A predetermined protocol is followed for each valve body type, replacing all known failure-prone parts and checking non-problematic areas. RevMax has proprietary technology and workflow processes, and uses industry-best testing equipment, including vacuum leak testing and fully computerized dyno testing. The V2.0 plate is 1” thick with precision cutouts for use with a stock filter and pan, and any aftermarket transmission pan. It has full depth worm tracks in crucial circuits, unlike other designs that have only a .190” deep worm track in several critical circuits. This addresses issues like restricted combined vent track (SSV valve problems) and torque converter clutch signal circuit restrictions (dragging when stopping, overheating, soft/harsh TCC apply/release, P1776, P0871 codes).
