Description

This transmission, MPN SC-68-1-LC, from Sun Coast Converters is designed for the 6.7L Powerplant in Dodge Ram trucks, specifically addressing common issues with the 68RFE transmission. It features a new Sonnax Smart Tech Overdrive Drum Assembly, upgraded clutch sets, Suncoast Ducenti Valve body, and a Suncoast Zero Cavitation filter kit. The unit is rated for 450 horsepower and includes a SunCoast OEM Solenoid Pack. The 68RFE transmission, introduced by Chrysler in 2007, is a six-speed automatic with specific gear ratios for 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th overdrive.
