68RFE COOLER THERMAL BYPASS DELETE

The RevMax 68RFE / AS69 Transmission Cooler Thermostatic Bypass is designed for 2013-2018 Ram trucks equipped with the 68RFE or AS69 transmission. This upgrade module is CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum and utilizes ZeroStat Technology to eliminate the restriction found in the factory thermal bypass valve. It allows for immediate cooling of the transmission fluid and prevents overheating conditions.

This direct bolt-in replacement bypass removes the thermal controlled bypass valve, which can fail and restrict fluid flow to the auxiliary transmission cooler. By eliminating this restriction, cooler flow is improved by 87%, leading to lower operating temperatures and potentially longer transmission life. The design also allows for easier flushing of the cooler lines using room temperature fluid.
