68RFE Stage 3 Transmission

The Randy’s Transmissions Stage 3 68RFE Transmission is a high-performance manual transmission engineered for Dodge/Ram trucks, capable of handling up to 900 HP. This transmission build includes a Babymaker 1000 Billet Channel Plate Valve Body, assembled and tested in-house for precision and durability. It features an OE Mopar Solenoid Block for reliable shifting, and Billet Accumulators and Cover that add three extra bolts for enhanced stability. Performance is further optimized with Transgo SSV Valves, updated PR valve, TCC Limit Valve, and pump bushing. A Randy’s Built Triple Disc Billet Converter, custom-built in-house, complements the Sonnax Input Shaft and Randy’s XD Input Drum for superior torque and durability. The pump undergoes vacuum testing and repair. This stage features a Billet Piston and 14 Low/Reverse clutches for increased holding power, bonded pistons for reliable sealing, and a Randy’s Steel Center Support with 5 4C Clutches and a Billet Piston. Additional upgrades include a TCS Low/Reverse Sprag Update, New Billet 4th Hub, Tig Welded Low/Reverse Planet, and new Sonnax Bearings. It also utilizes OE Mopar Line Pressure and Speed Sensors, a Billet Steel Spin-On Filter Adapter with new OEM Mopar Filters, and a Randy’s HD Injection Moulded Aluminum Deep Pan for increased capacity and cooling. This Stage 3 transmission is specifically designed for 2007.5-2018 Dodge/Ram 6.7L Cummins models. A separate model is available for 2019+ trucks. To ensure proper calibration and performance, tuners will need specific information: line pressure set to 225 PSI above 30% throttle, 100 PSI resting pressure, no lockup until 4th gear, and the underdrive pulse test must be turned off for 2019+ models.
