68RFE Stage 4 Transmission Package

The ATS Diesel Stage 4 68RFE Transmission Package is a performance upgrade designed for 4WD 2012-2018 RAM 6.7L Cummins trucks. This package addresses the inherent weaknesses of the stock 68RFE transmission, which was originally designed for lower power levels. Enhancements include recalibrated hydraulic circuits, revamped accumulator rates, and reprogrammed clutch timings to match higher engine torque outputs.

The package also strengthens critical hard parts, such as light-duty shafts and hubs, and replaces the weak low one-way sprag with a more robust roller clutch design. Modifications extend to the pump assembly, rotating clutch drum assembly, clutch packs, valve body, and shafts to ensure reliability and performance under increased power.
