The Baer Pro+ Front Big Brake Kit is a best-selling brake system featuring 6-piston calipers and 13” or 14” diameter 2-piece rotors. The Pro system (which this product is) is identical to the Pro+ but utilizes a 1-piece rotor. These systems are designed to provide a cosmetically matching look for both front and rear. The Pro+ caliper is an intermediate 6-piston design, slightly smaller than the Extreme (6S) caliper, and uses a slightly smaller pad. For c-clip applications, Baer's patent-pending Verislide self-centering brackets ensure proper mounting of opposed piston calipers on c-clip bearing-in-housing style axles. The rear piston sizes are staggered to minimize pad taper.
