MSD Digital 6Al Ignition Control Red Built-In Adjustable Rev-Limit Control MSD Ignition

The MSD Digital 6AL Ignition Control is a high-performance ignition module designed to enhance spark output and provide precise rev-limit control. It features a microprocessor that monitors and controls every firing and rev limit. The circuits are updated with efficient components that produce more power while drawing less current. It delivers over 530 volts to the coil with up to 135mJ of spark energy for every firing. This ignition system is compatible with 4, 6, or 8-cylinder engines that have 12-volt, negative ground electrical systems. It can accept trigger inputs from breaker points, amplifiers, and magnetic pickups. The wiring exits through a sealed and locking connector for ease of installation and a clean appearance. The rev-limiter is easily adjustable with two rotary dials on top of the housing, allowing for settings in 100 rpm increments. This part is legal for sale and use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles in all 50 states when used in accordance with the manufacturer's application guide (CARB Executive Order D-40-43).
