Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Duty’s suspension with a 4-Link Conversion. Replaces OEM radius arms with integrated radius arm drop brackets and adjustable upper/lower control arms (Flex Links) made from 2-inch OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing. Adjustability allows proper caster settings for improved handling. Flex Links have a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount; upper bracket mount has 1-1/4 in. forged rod end with steel-encased rubber bushing. Drop brackets lower rear frame mounts for correct caster and alignment. Engineered for Super Duty F250 4WD Diesel motors, these 2-Stage Variable Rate Springs offer a smooth, controlled ride. The first Flex Rate stage provides comfort and articulation during full droop. The second Ride Rate stage engages after compression past Flex Rate for a smoother ride. Includes an ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket to prevent movement and keep the axle centered. Front sway bar links realign the sway bar. Drop spacers reposition front bump stops. Front brake line brackets and braided stainless steel brake lines correct and reposition brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket and Hydro steering stabilizer are included. A 5-inch rear block and U-bolt kit provide a more level stance. Carrier bearing lowering kit included. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 features a race-inspired full-displaced valving system, is Nitrogen charged with Internal Floating Piston Technology for quick shock reaction time, preventing lag or fade. Accommodates 35-inch tires to improve off-road stance and ground clearance, yielding more front lift for a level stance. Softride Technology enhanced Variable Rate Coil Springs ensure proper caster and incredible ride quality. Radius Arm Mount Drop Brackets properly correct caster.
