This unit replaces previous part number 24279064 and is engineered for strength and longevity, intended as a direct fit and mostly a drop-in replacement for compatible vehicles. This transmission is suitable for a range of GM trucks and SUVs, specifically fitting most 2014-2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, GMC Yukon, and Chevrolet Tahoe models equipped with a 5.3-liter V-8 engine. However, it may not be compatible with all configurations of these trucks. The transmission is a 4WD variant and features a six-speed automatic assembly.
