Description

The Circle D Transmission 6L80 Performance Transmission Rebuild Kit is a Level 2.5 upgrade designed for enhanced transmission performance and reliability. This kit features increased clutch surface area, with the 4-5-6 clutch pack offering 17% more area and the 3-5-R clutch pack offering 25% more area than stock setups.

This kit includes a billet 4-5-6 clutch hub and intermediate shaft made from 300M steel for durability. It utilizes Borg Warner® clutches, Lindered steel plates, Hi-Per Blue® bonded pistons, and Kolene® steels for improved thermal and chemical resistance. The kit is rated for up to 700 RWHP and is suitable for heavy-duty use in both trucks and cars.
