6L80e to 4LxxE Swap Conversion Harness

The PCM of NC 6L80e to 4LXXe Swap Conversion Harness simplifies the wiring process when replacing a 6L80e transmission with a 4L80e, 4L70e, or 4L60e. This harness comes pre-programmed with an OEM GM Transmission Control Module, allowing you to retain essential OEM features like cruise control, gear indication, and the factory transmission temperature gauge. It also supports tuning via popular third-party software without needing to reprogram the ECM or BCM. The harness is designed for a plug-and-play installation and is compatible with many Gen-4 6L80e and 6L90e vehicles, including the Cadillac CTS-V, 5th-gen Camaro, Pontiac G8s, and various full-size trucks and SUVs. This conversion harness is not compatible with Gen-5 LT-based vehicles or Gen-4 trucks equipped with an E78 ECM. It is designed for use with Gen-4 applications utilizing E67 and E38 PCMs; E78, E90, E92, and other Gen-5 ECMs are not supported. The input speed sensor is not required for this kit and should not be connected. Tap-shift or paddle shift functionality is not supported by this harness. Important installation notes include the requirement for your transmission case to have provisions for an external shift range switch. Additionally, 4L80e transmissions are equipped with either a short or long selector shaft; the longer shaft is mandatory for this kit, and it is a relatively simple part to swap if needed. The required long selector shaft part number is 24235194. Due to the complexity and cost, this product is not eligible for returns or refunds but does come with a 1-year warranty.
