For 350Z models with an OEM viscous LSD, the right-hand axle flange must be replaced with Nissan part #38220-AR011. If your 350Z has an OEM open differential, both axle flanges will need replacement with the same part number. For 370Z models with an OEM viscous LSD, the right-hand axle flange requires replacement with Nissan part #38220-JK01B. Similarly, 370Z models with an OEM open differential will require replacement of both axle flanges with Nissan #38220-JK01B.
