6R80 GEN1 SHIFT KIT Valve Body Repair Kit

The TransGo 6R80 GEN1 SHIFT KIT® is a valve body repair kit engineered to address common issues in GEN1 6R60, 6R75, and 6R80 transmissions (2006-2014) and GEN1 ZF6HP 19/26/32 transmissions (2003-on). This repair kit features hardened steel, drop-in, two-piece pressure regulator and redesigned TCC regulator valves. These components have longer lands that restore hydraulic integrity by utilizing unworn areas of the bore and also increase bore longevity by redistributing load. The kit includes a patented USA-made PR valve, PR valve spring, USA-made aluminum PR valve boost bushings, a drop-in USA-made TCC regulator valve, TCC calibration springs (import and domestic), new wire retainers, and new damper rubber inserts. The kit directly addresses and corrects issues including gear ratio codes (P0731-P0734, P0729), shift error codes (P0781-P0784, P0829), TCC shudder between 28-46 MPH, erratic pressure, soft or long shifts, TCC slip, and coast-downshift clunk. This kit fits 6R60, 6R75, 6R80 GEN1 2006-14 transmissions, and ZF6HP 19/26/32 GEN1 2003-on transmissions. It is explicitly stated that this kit does not fit ZF6HP 21/28/34 GEN2 transmissions.
