Show original supplier description

The PowerBass OE69C-TY is a 6x9" upgraded OEM replacement component speaker system engineered to enhance the factory sound in most Lexus, Scion, and Toyota cars, trucks, and SUVs. This system utilizes an injection-molded PP woofer cone paired with a separate 1” inverted titanium dome tweeter to deliver a superior music experience. Key specifications include an 80 watts RMS/160 watts peak power handling, a 4-ohm impedance, and a frequency response of 65 Hz to 20 kHz. The mounting depth is a shallow 1.85 inches, facilitating installation in factory locations. PowerBass specifically designs these OE Series speakers for direct fitment in many Toyota, Lexus, and Scion applications. However, it is crucial to consult the OE SERIES FITMENT GUIDE on the PowerBass USA website to confirm compatibility for your specific vehicle. Some vehicles may be equipped with OEM component systems, and for applications without an OEM component system, the OE-692-TY is recommended. The manufacturer advises having a certified installer verify the speaker size in your vehicle before purchase, as fitment may extend beyond listed applications.
