The AudioControl PNW-69CS2 is a 6x9" component speaker system engineered to deliver exceptional sound quality and unmatched performance. Born from AudioControl's Pacific Northwest heritage, these speakers offer detail, clarity, and volume for an immersive listening experience. The system boasts an edge-enhanced steel frame for superior structural strength, minimizing flexing and potential distortion. Its black anodized voice coil former ensures excellent heat dissipation, increasing power handling and durability. The rigid poly mica-coated cone optimizes sound reproduction, while the linear double-roll surround allows for precise cone movement. A complex FEA-designed high-efficiency motor maximizes sound output. For extended frequency response, the PNW-69CS2 includes a rear dampened hybrid silk dome tweeter. The system integrates high-pass/low-pass filters with a crossover frequency of 3.5kHz and a -12 dB per octave slope. The speakers handle 100W RMS / 125W Max power with a DC resistance of 2.6 ohms and a frequency response of 50-20k Hz. Mounting hardware is included for easier installation.
