A significant benefit of this Tilton clutch is its ability to be slipped at high horsepower and high RPM without issue, which is crucial for achieving optimal 60-foot times and lowering overall ETs in drag racing. This lightweight design contributes to the clutch's ability to rev extremely quickly. Durability is a key feature, with an estimated lifespan of 5-6 years for the same clutch, requiring only 1-2 inexpensive rebuilds.
