7.25" OT-II 2-Plate Cerametallic Clutch Assembly

The Tilton 56-309-KIT is a high-performance twin-plate clutch and flywheel assembly engineered for Honda K20 and K24 engines. This assembly features a 7.25-inch, 2-plate OT-II cerametallic clutch designed to handle up to 910 lb-ft of torque, making it suitable for demanding applications. Included in this comprehensive kit is a billet steel flywheel with an integral ring gear, ensuring durability and proper engagement. The package also contains a hydraulic release bearing equipped with steel braided lines and all necessary fittings for a secure connection. To complete the hydraulic system, a 75-Series ¾” bore master cylinder and a master cylinder mounting adapter are provided, offering a complete clutch actuation solution. They maintain the original clutch diameter (ring gear size), simplifying installation and ensuring compatibility with the existing drivetrain components. This kit is specifically recommended for Honda K-Series applications, including models like the RSX and RSX-S Type from 2002-2007.
