7.3 Powerstroke 205CC Evolution Hybrid Injectors 80% Nozzles

Full Force Diesel 7.3 Powerstroke FFD Stage 3 Hybrid Injectors increase horsepower and improve mileage. Feature new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels. Larger nozzles allow better fuel delivery control during combustion, increasing horsepower. Larger hybrid plunger and barrel move more fuel for the same stroke as a stage two injector. Optimized to operate with lower high-pressure oil (HPOP), suitable for 15-degree HPOPs or vehicles with weaker HPOPs, restoring oil pressure. A custom programmed chip is required to transition from split shot to single shot injection in 1999.5-2003 Powerstrokes. The 80% nozzle offers slightly less smoke than the 100% nozzle while maintaining identical power. Built and flowed to within 1%. Core charge required. Includes an 18-month unlimited mileage warranty.
