7.3 Powerstroke 238CC Legacy Hybrid Injectors 100% Nozzles

The Full Force Diesel Stage 3 Hybrid 238cc Injectors are designed to significantly increase the horsepower and drivability of Ford 7.3L Powerstroke diesel engines from 1994-2003. These "hybrid" injectors utilize a larger plunger and barrel assembly, allowing them to move more fuel with the same stroke and requiring less high-pressure oil compared to other designs. They are optimized to work with the stock 17-degree High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP), eliminating the need for an expensive HPOP system upgrade. The injectors feature new nozzles and tungsten-coated plungers and barrels. A custom tuned chip is required for proper operation and it is recommended to install new glow plugs when installing injectors.
