7.3 Powerstroke 350CC Evolution Hybrid Injectors 300% Nozzles

The FFD 7.3 Powerstroke 350CC Hybrid Injectors can increase horsepower up to 650 hp+ at the rear wheels with a custom performance chip. For 1999-2003 Powerstroke diesels, a custom programmed chip is required to transition from split shot to single shot injection. These injectors feature new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels. Larger 100% or 200% oversize nozzles provide better fuel delivery control for increased horsepower over stage one injectors. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel move more fuel than stage two injectors with the same stroke. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil, stretching the limits of the 17-degree HPOP, saving costs on a new HPOP system. Choosing the 100% nozzle results in slightly less black smoke and horsepower than the 200% nozzle. Built and flowed to within 1%, they come with an 18-month unlimited mileage warranty. A complete set of eight is included, and a core charge is required. A custom tuned chip is necessary for proper function. New glow plugs are recommended during installation. Valve covers are reusable unless the harness is damaged. Shipping includes a prepaid UPS return label for cores.
