It leverages a proprietary motorsports intercooler core, renowned for its efficiency in supporting extreme power levels up to 2500hp, all within a remarkably short 7.4-inch overall height. This design significantly optimizes space within the engine bay. Key design elements include an integrated plenum that eliminates the need for an upper mating flange, contributing to substantial space savings at the rear of the intercooler. This can potentially reduce or eliminate the need for cowl or windshield trimming. The throttle body is strategically positioned several inches further back and angled at a 51-degree entry, which aids in routing charge piping through tight spaces between the engine and radiator. The intercooler features a billet CNC'd 105mm throttle body flange that includes an internal bellmouth for optimized airflow. It is equipped with both Ford square and LS bolt patterns, offering broad compatibility. For water connections, it utilizes 16ORB fittings. The construction utilizes alloy steel hardware and includes an O-ring for proper sealing to the manifold. The product is proudly made in the USA.
