Remanufactured Complete Axle Assembly for GM 7.5" 03-05 GMC Astro & Safari 3.73 Ratio. 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Inspected for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components (ring & pinions, internal gears, clutches, carriers) are fully inspected and tested. All bearings & seals are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes inspected to OEM standards of straightness. Zumbrota uses an exclusive hydro-blast rinse, sandblasting, and proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning.
