The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1930D is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically designed for Ford Ranger models produced between 1999 and 2005. This assembly is built to meet high standards of precision and reliability, ensuring robust performance for your vehicle's drivetrain. Each axle assembly undergoes a meticulous inspection process, including thorough checks for straightness, cracks, and surface wear on axle tubes. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are comprehensively tested. To guarantee optimal performance, Zumbrota replaces all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Zumbrota employs a unique cleaning process involving hydro-blast rinsing and sandblasting on both internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. This ensures all components are restored to an OEM-like finish, ready for installation. The assembly features a semi-floating axle type, includes a cover, but does not include fluid. It is equipped with a 7.5-inch ring gear, a 3.73 ratio, and Posi LSD with 10-inch drum brakes. The RAA435-1930D is compatible with the following Ford Ranger models: XL (1999-2005), XLT (1999-2005), EV (1999-2002), Edge (2001-2005), Tremor (2004), FX4 (2005), and STX (2005).
