7.5-Inch Posi LSD Rear Differential Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly is a meticulously rebuilt rear-end component engineered for the 1994-1997 Ford Ranger. Each axle assembly is built to the highest quality standards, ensuring precision and dependability. The rebuilding process includes a thorough inspection of all internal parts, such as the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carrier. Critical wear items, including bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims, are all replaced to guarantee longevity. The housings are hydro blasted for an OEM finish and inspected for cracks, then straightened to OEM specifications to ensure proper alignment and function. Furthermore, the correct rolling torque is established using precise inch-pound measurements.
