The Brian Tooley Racing BTR Chromoly One-Piece Pushrods are a set of 16, engineered for enhanced engine valvetrain performance and durability. These pushrods are precisely formed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing, ensuring strength and reliability under demanding conditions. Each pushrod measures 7.850 inches long with a 3/8 inch diameter and a robust .080 inch wall thickness. They undergo a centerless grinding process to meet exacting tolerances, and are case hardened to Rc 60 for superior wear resistance. The ball ends are machined to a tight tolerance of plus or minus .001 inches, and the black oxide finish is laser-etched with the part number and specifications for easy identification. It is imperative to measure for the correct pushrod length using the recommended method, rather than relying solely on overall length.
