The COMP Cams 623-12 valve locks are a high-performance component designed to enhance your GM Gen III, LS1, LS2, or LS6 engine. This set includes 12 individual race locks, crafted from durable machined steel. Each lock features a single groove and a precise 7-degree angle, perfectly matching the 8mm valve stem diameter specification crucial for optimal performance in these GM applications. This set is ideal for both stock and performance-oriented engines requiring reliable valvetrain components. These valve locks are CARB exempt for racing and off-road use, provided the vehicle is a race/competition-only vehicle. They are also CARB exempt for on-road vehicles with no impact on pollution output, and for older federally or California certified vehicles if they meet the respective year's tailpipe emission standards.
