Manufactured from LA-C Steel with a matte black, corrosion-resistant surface coating, this pulley is built to withstand engine heat and vibration, ensuring durability and longevity. This pulley features a 7-groove serpentine belt design and is manufactured to precise OE dimensions, guaranteeing proper clearances and optimal belt alignment. The specifications include an outside diameter of 104mm, an inside diameter of 38mm, and a width of 1.14 inches. It attaches via a bolted mechanism and has four mounting holes with a 6.45mm diameter. This URO Premium pulley is noted as an HD Aluminum Upgrade for several BMW models, including the 1993-1995 740i and 740iL, the 1994-1995 530i and 540i, and the 1994-1997 840Ci. It is covered by a 24-month unlimited mileage warranty, reflecting the manufacturer's confidence in its superior design and materials compared to failure-prone OEM parts.
