7-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 7-inch lift kit is engineered to elevate the performance and aesthetics of 2020-2022 Ford F350 Dually DRW Super Duty diesel trucks. This comprehensive system is designed to enhance the vehicle's stance, overall performance, and off-road capability, providing ample clearance for aggressive tires up to 38 inches in diameter. Up front, the kit features custom-tuned, nitrogen-charged shocks, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for an optimized ride quality, and heavy-duty tubular radius arms that replace the factory components. To maintain proper steering geometry, the system incorporates a forged drop pitman arm and a track bar bracket. Sway bar relocation brackets and brake line brackets are also included. Addressing driveline angles at this lift height, the kit includes a precision-built transfer-case indexing ring with ARP studs to correct the transfer case's position, improving the front driveshaft's operating angle. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied to ensure adequate clearance. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts to achieve the desired lift height and maintain a level stance. Installation is described as an easy, 100% bolt-on process. Buyers can select their preferred shock option, choosing from the standard NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks, each offering different levels of performance and adjustability. The kit is recommended for use with 38 x 13.5 tires on 20 x 9 or 20 x 10 wheels with a 5-inch backspace, though some trimming may be required.
