7-Inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 7-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2001-2010 4WD Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500 models. It features a high-clearance design with a No Torsion Bar Drop System, eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar cross-member for improved ground clearance and strength. This kit is designed to accommodate tires up to 35 inches in diameter. Up front, the system utilizes torsion bar relocation brackets, 1/4-inch thick high-arched steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, working with factory tie rod ends to maintain proper steering angles. The kit also includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, options include a replacement 5-inch lift block kit that nets 3 inches of lift to level the vehicle, or full Glide-Ride leaf springs that eliminate the need for a lift block and reduce axle wrap for a more controlled feel. Buyers can choose between NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for the rear. The kit offers two track width options: a standard knuckle that widens the track width without affecting the turning radius, and a narrow track knuckle that reduces total track width change by approximately 1.5 inches but slightly increases the turning radius. The 5-inch rear block kit is made of cast iron for high strength and designed to provide correct pinion angles. The NX2 Nitro Series shocks feature a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving and a 1-3/8-inch piston. The FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks boast a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston monotube design, and a race-developed high-flow piston.
