7-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 7-inch radius arm lift kit is engineered to elevate your 2020-2022 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD diesel truck, offering an improved stance, enhanced performance, and the capability to clear up to 38-inch tires. This kit is designed for an easy, 100% bolt-on installation, minimizing complexity and downtime. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs for optimal lift and ride quality, complemented by heavy-duty tubular steel radius arms that correct caster and maximize ground clearance. A forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket are included to maintain proper steering angles for improved handling. For the rear, a high-strength fabricated lift block, constructed from cast iron for durability, is used to provide the correct pinion angles and a level stance. The system also includes longer u-bolts and brake line brackets. To address driveline adjustments required at this lift height, a precision-built transfer case indexing ring with ARP studs is supplied to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also included for adequate clearance. Buyers can choose between standard NX2 Nitro shocks with vehicle-specific valving or an upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for enhanced off-road performance. This kit is specifically designed for 2020-2022 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD diesel models with a 10-speed transmission. It will not fit trucks equipped with the 6.2L engine. Trimming of tires may be required depending on wheel backspacing and tire size, with recommendations provided for 38 x 13.5 tires on 17, 18, or 20-inch wheels with 5 inches of backspace.
